How to Order
We accept orders online, by email, by phone, by fax, or by telegram. We also offer same day pick-up and in some instances same day delivery.
Shipping Policy
We ship in-stock product same day via UPS as long as the order is received by 3:30 PM. Non-Stock items will usually ship in 1-2 days but can change by product type. Please check with a customer service representative for lead times.
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Ask a customer service representative for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and send the items back to our distribution center. A credit will be issued within two weeks of receiving the items minus a 25% processing and restocking fee. If an item was a non-stock item it may be subjected to additional restocking fees.
Custom or special order items may not be returned.
