Shipping Guarantee

We ship same day for all orders placed before 3:30 P.M. at our distribution center via UPS. Contact customer service to have your order shipped with another carrier.

No Minimum Order

$25.00 and up – No Service Charge

Under $25.00 - $2.00 Service Charge

Under $15.00 - $4.00 Service Charge

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. Ask a customer service representative for a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and send the items back to our distribution center. A credit will be issued within 30 days of receiving items minus a 25% processing and restocking fee. If an item was a non-stock item it may be subjected to additional restocking fees.

Damage/ Shortage Claims

Open packages and verify count of all items immediately upon receiving. If damaged, the original carton should be kept for possible carrier inspection. Contact a Customer Service representative within 48 hours of receiving your order to file a claim.
